Four steps
Finish the tutorial, click the ticket-shaped button in the top-left, paste the code exactly, then press Redeem.
- Codes are case-sensitive.
- Each code is normally once per account.
- Timed boosts begin when redeemed.
Why a code fails
A code may be mistyped, already redeemed, expired, or unavailable because the tutorial is not complete. The game has no fixed public code schedule.
